Cancellation / Refund policy
Cancellation by Biking Brotherhood
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. Sometimes we are not able to reverse payments by cards in such cases we may ask your bank details for transferring funds to you manually.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case of requests for order cancellations, Biking Brotherhood reserves the right to accept it only, if we receive a cancellation notice before the order has been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 06 (six) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not accept cancellations of orders after the expiry of 6 (six) hours from making the order. Biking Brotherhood has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
NO Refund / Only Exchange Policy
For Size / Defect issues, customer should intimate Biking Brotherhood on the same day of receiving the product, either by email or by whatsapp and last option by phone call. All products can be exchanged for a change in size. The cost of sending the product to our Chennai address for exchange will be borne by the customer.
The items will be exchanged only if
- The product is returned unused.
- The product is accompanied by the invoice, packing, labels, etc.
- The product is received by us in saleable condition. (Neatly pack & sent)
Products not received in the above condition will not be exchanged. Only after receiving the product, we will send the replacement to you & collect the shipping costs. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
